Q.

my baby is running in her 4th month.. she is not gaining weight. can I give soy milk to her instead of lactose.. will that help as she leaves milk now n then.

A. You should consult your paediatrician before starting soy milk otherwise keep feeding the baby well on regular intervals and always burp after feeds amd give tummy time to baby

A. hi mam.. her birth weight was 2 kg n now she is running in 4th month with 4.8 kg.. as per doctor she is weak n so he changed her lactogen to soy milk similac Isomil. will that help her gain weight? what should be her current weight as per standards in 4th month?

A. Hello ma’am I would advise you to give anything to your child apart from breast feed or formula feed as of now just continue with regular lactose milk only. So if your child is gaining somewhere around 500 g to 1 KG then that’s a very good weight gain and since you haven’t mention any other details like birth weight or current weight of your child I will not be able to help you with anything ahead had a
