Well is better that you check with your doctor as far as I know they should be no problem in fact eyeballs are mostly constant when the person sleeps if you feel your child is constantly rotating its eyeballs then the child cannot be sleeping and actually very difficult to say what would be the issue or there is no issue please can you check with your Dr make a video so that you can explain it to your doctor well
