My baby is releasing lot of gas, and it smells very bad also. Is it something serious? what should I do, suggestions please.

A. releasing gas is normal In small babies it is quite normal to have pain in stomach due to gas you can give colicaid drops to the baby e 0.5 ml 3 times a day

A. good afternoon it is not something which is serious nothing to worry about it is very common for small children to be having a lot of gastric trouble as long as the baby is fine you don't have to worry
