A. loss of appetite is common furing snd ppst illnesss.. so increase breast feeding ur child.. aldo offer her favoiret food as much she accept. all the very best..

A. Thankyou for your revert he's on breastfeed only since yesterday but yesterday also he vomited and now early morning too.. may I know what could be the reason
