my baby is poops watery and automatic poos when cry hard,what is the issue

A. there is no feaver,only poops problem,gas issue,fumy poops some times water like poops

A. Loose motion are most of the time infecvtive where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
