My baby is pooping very watery with white seed like thing.. After every feed he poop like this. He has farts as well and little poop come after it too. Some time foamy Checked stool ph it is 6.0 Stool reducing sugar is nil Baby is active

A. babies 4 months old and the baby doing watery loose motion it may be some infection so it is better to consult your doctor for proper treatment for now you can use jibon r twice a day for 3 days
