my baby is pooping a lot for past 2 days and has a fishy smell

A. If you feel if the smell is fishy then get it checked as it may indicate a infection in the tummy so u better get it checked .. u may have to get a stool test done to b more sure and clear about it .. so consult ur doctor and go ahead with the test once
