my baby is pooing 4 times a day from last 2 days that too green watery color.. is this normal or I need to worry about this.

A. maintain hygiene because during this time babies tend to put everything inside mouth which can result in stomach infection otherwise just include some probiotics in the diet and also keep him hydrated
