My baby is passing very little watery stool many times in a day..Sometimes it's colour is green and his poop often contains mucus.

HelloWrite Your Answer HereHello Mom ) it can be because of some congestion and you must be giving some kind of a medicine due to which the maskers is coming out through the motion if it is not so then you must to take a doctors help as it is indication of indigestion or infection
