my baby is passing stool like green colour loose and jelly consistency and not eating food also from 3 days but she is active yesterday she got fever I gave paracetamol drops early morning also she has fever again gave her paracetamol drops now she is playing normal but poop colour is same green colour ๐ฅฆ can u pls let me know the reason for green coloured loose and jelly type of stool?
