Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. if you are giving mothers milk that is no need to worry about this if Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

Then Ask your doctor and get a stool test done most of the times when the stool of the child is really very foul smell or it is so you know like very very bad smelling or there is water consistency or something then it could be sometimes due to an infection in the Got so you should get it checked
