My baby is passing motion day to day is there any issue and it’s colour is grey and motion is passing very tight

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene give adequate water
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals to increase your milk supply
More sucking leads to more milk
