my baby is passing little amount of poop frequently from yesterday morning onwards.. poop is in little watery consistency. we didn't gave any new foods to her. yesterday night onwards fever is also there. Any remedy to cure this?

Please follow all the COVID protocols and consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. A personal evaluation is required as there is fever associated. Clarify all your concerns about this and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
