Q.

my baby is passing black colour poo..i am giving him rice cerelac and apple puree..is this normal

A. It may be due to the new food. introduce solid /semi solid food only after completion of six months. Till then exclusively breastfeed or formula feed the child. Even water is not recommended before that.
