my baby is only pooping 1 to 2 drop of too much watery stool several time how to cure this

Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite . supportive treatment is very necessary wheref proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic can be given liyke enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose . Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .

You should consult your doctor for that because it seems like your child is genuinely suffering with diarrhoea only and they would be able to help you properly only with a proper medication to go ahead with an ally precaution if you need to take care of
