my baby is only 5 days old his eyes are looking a littile yellow....what can i do hands colour and body colour is red

physiological jaundice in newborn is a common thing which will happen and can last up to two weeks.
if it is very severe it's better to consult with the pediatrician
give the child with enough amount of feed daily as more amount of passing urine and motion will reduce the jaundice.
if the feed is less consult with your pediatrician
