my baby is one year old now and i have been feeding her nestle nan lo lac milk sice 5 months, previously i used to give her similac iq+, but she got diahrea so doctor advised me to switch to nan lo lac, but now shez one year old and i have also started giving fruits and khichdi and other things but as usual milk is also important, so i want to know can i switch to NAN PRO OR SIMILAC IQ+, can u guide me

A. ya So if your child is not lactose intolerance then you can switch to regular packet milk full cream or cows milk or buffalo’s milk also because these milk are mostly recommended certain times if a child has lactose in tolerant or child is not able to digest heavy milk so as of now you can go for Amul tone pasteurised milk also for another six months and then you can switch to full cream milk if you do not want to continue with formula feeding
