Q.
my baby is one year old .. his grandparent is taking care of him all the time .. his grand parent has a parrot which is quite close to her. she keeps the parrot all the time on her shoulders.. will parrot feather and fecal waste is a threat to my baby.

Generally not but if your child is allergic to something like a bird feather or something like that then it could be a problem but in usual cases if the child is comfortable with any pet whether it is a bird or animal it is not going to create any problem to the child
