ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you can offer cow milk to your baby at the age of 1 year. However, you should continue to breastfeed till 2 years. You can also give milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
