Q.

My baby is one month old... she is not feeding continuously as she just move her hand leg nd face and than become fussy what can i do and how much time she fed at one time than i can understand that she is full

A. hello...for the baby to have more n more milk they demand milk so feed on demand...eat proper food nothing spicy or too much pepper...baby will not have otherwise...There are certain foods which should be avoided in breastfeeding...also as coffee and tea contain caffeine have only one or ywo cups max....also avoid chocolate spices (cinnamon, curry, chili pepper) citrus fruits and their juices, like oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruit strawberries kiwifruit pineapple the "gassy" veggies (onion, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumbers, and peppers) fruits with a laxative effect, such as cherries
