my baby is one month old she have black spots in her lips is it danger

Notice is not a danger it is just a kind of spot or colour of the lips as the age is going to progress it is going to get better as of now you can apply as petroleum jelly regularly and if you have any kind of a doubt about it kindly consult your paediatrician for that
