Q.

my baby is one month old , is it normal that baby stretching always. especially after waking up from sleep. also in between sleep wakes up by stretching .

A. yes that's fine this is normal phenomenon and no treatment is required. but if you feel that something is different you can get it examined by the doctor. many times examination may be needed to give final diagnosis.
