my baby is on teething some bad smell is comming out from his mouth n most of the time saliva is cumming out

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Bad Breath in Babies...bacteria feasts on the sugars leftover on your babies gums and tongue and produces foul smelling - Give low sugar diet. Mouth breathing is also a reason during nose block..give steam inhalation to get rid of nose block. Give some water after each feeding..burp well to avoid reflux which is another cause of bad breath. Wipe your baby’s teeth, gums, andtongue with a clean, damp, soft cloth after each feeding. Drooling is common during teething..just wipe mouth often
