Q.

my baby is of 6 months, she does not sleep well, in day she hardly sleeps 1 hour total, and in night she gets awake 3/4 times in an hour, I m frustrated, plz help me

A. you can not be frutrated by a small baby waking up. obviously a baby at 6 mnths will wake up at night in btween amd it s normal. see a psychiatrist for self
