Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops.
other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult ygour doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .
