My baby is of 45 days his weight is 4kg .is this weight is perfect???

A. Hello mom, Your baby is quite healthy. Please continue giving him your feed exclusively for 6 months. It is not only the weight that is important but also other signs that’s states child is healthy are the child is playful, active , takes your feed well and sleeps peacefully.

A. dear mum, your Baby's weight is absolutely normal, do not worry. baby should gain at least five hundred gram per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months.
