my baby is of 2yrs before he is having watery stools and now he is having semi watery stools what medicine shud I give to him so.that they stop

You really need to know and understand what is the reason behind it after that only medicines can be suggested maybe due to some infection so please kindly get in touch with your doctor a physical assessment and know what is the reason when accordingly they can guide you with the medicine
