Q.

my baby is of 2 year old , I am suffering in feeding her food daily... I am unable to identify the problem why she is not eating properly.

A. Start with soft fruits and food for a start like give them rava halva, banana, milk with dry fruit powder, toor dal with some jeera, pink salt and lime in it, and gradually when they start eating all this you can start with more .

A. regarding good growth you should do a proper balance diet with all kinds of nutrients called green vegetables fruits and dairy products you can alsoa give some multivitamin like syp bevon 5 ml for 1mth

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Maintain hydration
