Q.

my baby is of 2 months 25days old.. she is passing gas a lot... wat may b the cause..

A. it s normal gas and colic pain problem makes baby cry at night . give exclusive mother feeding to baby for first 6 months. Avoid bottle feed. Avoid formula milk as can cause more digestion trouble. Do cycling motion of legs to relieve gassy discomfort. Give tummy time. For gas can give drops gastica 1ml 2 or 3 times a day. For colic pain can give drops colimax /colic aid or drops Meftal spas 1ml at evening time.

A. Hi dear nothing to worry about it much. Gently rub your baby’s tummy, making circles in clockwise direction. Take care not to press too hard. Try to feed baby in elevated position. Burp well baby in between feeds and burp well after every feed. Give tummy time to baby if baby is comfortable. Just try to give warm com If your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices, citrus fruits, Avoid fishes in high mercury content, avoid tea coffee, eggs, wheat, cauliflower, cabbage, proceeded foods, mangoes, prunes, corn, Broccoli.. All these are gassy foods to baby. If you still wish to have have in limited quantities and have warm water post that
