#paediatrician my baby is of 1yr 4 mnth 11 days she make her hands dirty which thing i shud use to wash her handa cn i use dettol liquid or sanitizer or anyother thing

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician5 years agoA. hi you can simply wash the baby's hand using any soap and water. keep the nails well trimmed . you can also use Dettol hand wash or simply just any regular soap
