my baby is of 12 months and she used to sleep for good 6-7 hours in night without feed but now she demands feed every 3-4 hours

That’s totally normal sleep pattern can change and maybe your child is not eating good dinner now that’s why they gets child gets hungry every 3 to 4 hours which is very common for them and there is no problem with that case you will have to adapt schedule as of now for the timing because this is going to change again after 23 months
