my baby is of 1 yr 6m old.She got fever of no reason from yesterday.it goes down as i give hr peracetamol.Two three month before also she got fever of no reason but it was cure by using peracetamol within 2 days. This is the second time when she got fever of no reason .plz suggest

A. It might be due to seasonal change so repeat the dose of paracetamol after every five to six hours and give more liquids and light and easily digestible foods and let baby take good rest
