my baby is of 1 month old, can i breast feed my baby in sleeping position

A. better to avoid feed in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
