My baby is now one month. now his wt is 2100 . his skin is so loose. how it is recover.. and gain his wt.?

What was the birth weight of the child that you have to see the child should gain at least 500 g in a month of the child is not gaining you can give formula to the child and why the skin of the child is loose because they have proper skin in this age if there’s an issue you need to see your doctor
