my baby is now five months old. I am breastfeeding mom. what I ate either cool drinks or any other sweet items, will affect my baby through milk. elder people in my home are saying that. what you ate, affect baby health. also can I give milk immediately after my hair w wash

No it is not going to affect your child in any manner if you have too much of cold food then it is going to affect your health that you might catch cold because of that otherwise it is not going to affect your child in any manner so he did not worry about that
