In 8 months, there are few new food introductions that can be made in baby's diet like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati mashed in dal or milk, stuffed parantha, pan cake, veg cutlet, boiled egg, chicken soup, upma, idli-dosa, dalia, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, fresh juices, etc. Feed 3 main meals with one bowl of food each time, 1 time snack and 4-5 times milk.
