My baby is now 7 mnth and what food should i suggest to her give some receipe for her

A. Hi Mom, Here are some of the foods that you can include with your child's diet. Fruits are a great source of vitamins, minerals and fibre. Fruits like apples, chikoo, papaya, banana, watermelon, avocado, etc are great option. Steamed vegetable can also be fed to the baby. Vegetables such as sweet potato, potatoes, pumpkin, carrot etc. Porridges made from single grain cereals make for a great nutritional supplement for babies. Grains like rice, wheat, oats, barley, millets etc. can be processed and powdered to make a porridge mix.
