my baby is now 5 months old and he has an itching mouth!! is it teeth process?? if yes then can you guide me what should I do for him

A. Twenty teeth erupt beneath the gums before birth in the baby. However, baby gums itching at 3 months is also a sign of teeth erupting after birth. Teething starts when a baby is six months old. The upper front teeth, the milk teeth, are the first to erupt.
