my baby is now 47 days old and she is delivered at 36 th week and birth weight was 2.4 kg now she is 3 kg that had vaccinated today is it correct???

Yeah the birth weight was fine the current weight is good as per the birth weight and the age of your child and the vaccination is done as good doctors normally suggest you to get the first vaccination done with the child in the correct weight that can vary from 3 kg onwards so this is good enough and things are done at the right time
