My baby is now 4 month old so can i start liquid??

Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods by which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk.
initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Ideally semi solids and water should be introduced only after 6 months completion. Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Both the breastmilk and formula milk will suffice the hydration and nutrition requirements of your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
