Q.

My baby is now 3 months old, I don't have milk supply, I'm giving formula milk to my baby since 2 month onwards. My in-laws are telling me to give cow's milk to baby from 4th month onwards. Can I give cows milk to my baby???

A. No you cannot give it before the age of 12 months it’s completely restricted please tell your in-laws that if you have any confusion associated with this I can always take an advice with a paediatrician the doctors never recommend for animal milk before the age of 12 it is highly unhealthy to be given can create a lot of problems to the child
