Q.
my baby is now 3 months baby I give milk through pumping for my baby.......by sitting while pumping I got hurt very much in my back..after going for MRI sacn it shows disc bulge in l4 and l5.. is it cure or not

Hopefully One can cure it with proper physiotherapy and all whatever is required the doctor only can tell you correctly see most of the times these issues can be taken care of with physiotherapy and proper resting but I’m not very sure the doctor only can give you a correct diagnosis on this and guidance as well
