Hello mom as far as the child is been active for his age and also eating a healthy and balacned diet their is no worries at all, you may give stuff paranthas such as made with potatoes, panner etc , add ghee to his meals, give fresh fruits and milk shakes such as made with avacado, banana, chikku, custard apple, mangoes etc as per the season, you can also give dry fruits and nuts as well,
sago , soya, eggs , dals, legumes such as lobia, rajam , chana etc
