my baby is now 1 yr old ....should i give pillow to him or which type of pillow . i mean rai pillow he used till now. so should i continue or change it

Pillows are actually not needed by kids in this age so if you want to avoid pillows it’s a very good time in fact she is sleeping without pillow is very good for a strong spine of the child so it’s best that you avoid pillow and if you want to use a pillow then you can go for a little thick pillow which is better than a rai pillow which is going to have some foam into it
