my baby is not taking meals properly....he feels as vomitting will come after food .... what's his problem

Could be in digestion and if it is happening every time after eating the food that you are giving then you definitely need to go ahead with the proper check up with your doctor as that is going to give you a better clarity on the situation and according to that the right medicine would be suggested by you are
