My baby is not sleeping daily she may sleep 3 hrs in 24 hours its dnt know why its been 3 months she didnt change she is active always

At least your child should sleep for 8 to 10 hours if your child is not taking a proper sleep then that’s not healthy for the growth of your child I think it would be best for you to consult your paediatrician for further assistance you have to check what’s the problem and accordingly they can advise you
