my baby is not sleeping at night when I give him a breast feed he suck little and when I give him a formula he drinks full bottle and sleep wht ll be reason

A. The reason is very simple that your breastfeeding is not sufficient for the child which is why your child is not drinking it properly and sleeping when formula feeding is actually helping in meeting But the appetite properly which is why your child is sleeping peacefully after that
