Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Some babies pass stools multiple times a day while some may pass stools once in four or five days. Thr delay in passing stools is fine as long as the baby is not having any stomach pain or discomfort or a hard tummy. Lay tge baby on the back and pedal his legs. This cyclic movement will encouragr the bowel movement.
