start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly and give sunbath every morning

See Kids of this age can go without passing a motion for about 5 to 7 days also so it is considered completely normal don’t worry about it the most important thing that you need to take care of is that your child should be having all the feeds properly and the urine output should also be good enough
