Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/gastica d drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed which is called as posseting.it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you eare not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medicalkp guidance.you can give bonnisan drops too for better digestion.
shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom
This is quite normal. Sometimes babies don’t pass stool for more than seven days and it is also considered normal. This is because babies are totally on mother’s milk and there is very less waste left in their stomach to poop out. You can apply Babyhug tummy roll-on it will help baby to pass gas and give relief in pain
